Hi guys The situation with the market waste isn’t acceptable. If this was a private establishment I can’t believe you would think this solution acceptable. Large commercial bins left scattered on the pavement, diesel bin lorries idling all day, bin lorries discharging straight onto the road / pavement and bins being wheeled up and down pavements / across car parks - it’s an accident waiting to happen.. especially with Bonfield road now being a school street and parents parking more and more in
