The litter has dramatically increased since the original report, reference number 4630727.
The Street cleaners still refuse to clean the road into the Close even though they clean George Lane every 2/3 days and even after the clean up for the Eid celebration in Mountsfield park this week, which is a 2 minute walk from the Close.
PLEASE SEND A CLEANER before the rats return.
Thank you. -Lara close SE13 6HZ

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable state of the shared alleyway between my property at [Your Address] and your property, which has now been converted into an HMO. Following recent construction work at your property, the alleyway has been disgracefully used as a dumping ground for construction waste and discarded materials.

Currently, the alleyway is littered with old mattresses, a sink, a bath, various metals, wood, and other construction debris. This is not only an eyesore but also a serious hazard, obstructing access and creating potential health and safety risks. It is completely unacceptable that my property and daily life are being affected by your failure to properly dispose of waste resulting from work carried out on your premises.

I demand that you take immediate action to have all waste removed at your expense and ensure that this does not happen again in the future. If this matter is not resolved within [reasonable timeframe, e.g., 7 days], I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the local council, environmental health authorities, and, if necessary, legal channels.

The road leading from/to the mansion is a recognised cycle route. The road is in very poor condition with lots of potholes, speedhumps with large holes in and speedhumps that are very narrow and sharp which is uncomfortable on a bicycle. The road is the whole length from the entrance gates either end. Though the Catford end of the road (where it meets Southend Road) is a lot newer and better condition the southern part is in bad condition.-Beckenham Place Park, Beckenham
